90% of an epoxy floor's longevity is decided before the resin is even poured. Our meticulous floor preparation protocols are why our floors don't peel, bubble or fail.

    Site assessment, moisture & substrate testing, system recommendation.

    Grind & repair

    Mechanical grinding to expose a sound profile. Cracks routed and repaired.

    Primer & build

    High-bond primer followed by your chosen system, flake, metallic, screed or industrial.

    Seal & cure

    UV-stable polyurethane top coat. 7-day controlled cure.
